Léa Ducheix

A member of the Aix-en-Provence Bar, I devote my practice to business law. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Law, which I completed as top of my class, and a diploma from the École des Avocats Centre Sud; I also studied common law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa.

I developed a Corporate and M&A practice at PwC, then at the international firm Reed Smith LLP in Paris, before practising at Bruzzo Dubucq in Aix-en-Provence.

I work hand in hand with legal and financial professionals (notaries, chartered accountants, statutory auditors, advisers) to offer you complete, consistent support tailored to your situation.

The first conversation is always free and without commitment. It is an opportunity to understand your situation, assess what is at stake in your matter and decide together on the fairest way to support you.

For engagements whose scope is known in advance (incorporating or selling a company, shareholders’ agreement, drafting contracts, trademark filing, audit) a fixed amount is agreed before work begins. You know exactly what to expect.

For engagements whose extent cannot be set from the outset (ongoing support, negotiations, complex transactions) an hourly rate is communicated beforehand, together with an estimate of the overall budget.

In accordance with the rules of the profession, a written fee agreement is drawn up for each engagement. It specifies the nature of the work, the billing method, the amount or rate applicable and the payment terms. No costs are incurred without your prior consent.

Fees are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Amounts stated in the agreement are exclusive of tax.
